Part Time Help With 6 Month Old

SAHM of 2-year-old and 6-month-old - and we're still figuring out what we need help with as a family! My 2-year-old has some activities scheduled in another month so now looking for help with my 6-month-old girly. I'm thinking maybe 2 days a week for several hours to give me a break. She is exclusively breastfed and will need to come to the breast to eat. Other than that looking for somebody I can hand her over to when not eating- who can burp, change, give age appropriate stimulation, help with naps etc. I am flexible on which day and the hours. I am looking for a career nanny though. Somebody whose heart and passion is in childcare. I want somebody I can learn from and who genuinely cares about tiny humans. Bonus points if you are a grandma or mom yourself. Thanks!
