In Home Care For Our 6 Month Old

Looking for a loving nanny to care for our September 2024 baby primarily when mom has to visit customers in the city. We both work full time, but mom works primarily from home. Open to interviewing candidates who are only available Monday/Wednesday but our ideal candidate is available not only for a consistently scheduled 8am-3 p.m. Monday and Wednesday but also has flexibility to help out additional hours agreed to at the beginning of the month including a monthly Friday night date. Able to guarantee up to 25 hours a week. Our household includes a 14-year-old who will rarely be home when you are there, as well as a 5-year-old dog. Separately we are looking for someone to drive our teenager to San Diego every other Friday at 3 p.m. This could be the same nanny or someone only available for this drive.
