About the job
We are a warm and friendly family who values kindness, creativity, and learning. The home is filled with laughter, books, and art projects. We value open communication and we are looking for a babysitter who shares these principles. Whether it's reading a story, playing outside, or encouraging curiosity, we want someone who can provide a safe, fun, nurturing environment for the kids. The kids love, creativity, outdoor play, reading, animals and nature, sports, games, and puzzles. They need help with transitions, building confidence, emotional regulation, homework and school tasks, sharing and cooperation, and healthy habits. We are looking for someone who is calm and patient, creative and engaging, reliable and responsible, flexible and adaptable, and a positive role model. You will need to be able to drive to get to our home. The family includes and elderly French bulldog who is very friendly.
