Child Care Needed For Fun 3.5 Year Old

This will be primarily caring for my 3. 5-year-old son, who is very playful and kind. Would prefer someone that has experience caring for multiples as we have 2 girls as well that are 5 and 8. Though they will be in school most of the time there will be occasional needs for care for them as well. Looking for someone who is positive and truly understands how to connect with kids. There will be light housekeeping duties like tidying up at the end of the day and placing dishes in the dishwasher and occasional laundry folding if there is downtime. We are a fun loving family with several animals and though your responsibilities will not include the animals it would be helpful if you are comfortable with them being around.
