We are looking for a kind, patient, and reliable caregiver to help create a fun, safe, and engaging environment for our almost 4-year-old son. We both work a mix of days from home and the office, so we need someone who's comfortable caring for him whether we're home or away. What We're Looking For: *Skilled at planning age-appropriate play, crafts, and learning activities. -- he thrives on positive attention and enjoys engaging, imaginative activities. *Willingness to take him to local playgrounds -- he's very active and loves being outdoors. *Experience supporting emotional regulation and using gentle, empathetic discipline. *Background in caring for preschool-aged children, with the ability to stay calm and supportive during tantrums. *Able to prepare simple, healthy meals/snack Hours: Monday-Friday, full or half-time
