Live In Nanny Needed For 1 Year Old

Hi! We are looking for an au-pair style set up, where we have someone join our family as a live in nanny to assist with our 1-year-old baby boy. Similar to the au-pair program, we would provide housing, food, and a monthly stipend (while trying to stay within the au pair program budget). We are looking for someone with infant experience who can engage our son and help him continue to thrive. Familiarity with caring for a 1-year-old, including feeding, diapering, playtime, bath time and maintaining his sleep routine (he is currently on a 2 nap schedule and will transition to 1 nap in the coming months). Also someone who will be another functioning member of our household and assisting with household tasks as they come up (laundry, light meal prep, keeping things tidy etc).
