Required nanny attributes: - Payment MUST be done via payroll "on the books", with tax withholding - Vaccinated for Covid, Flu, Tdap, MMR, Varicella/Chickenpox Nice-to-have optional nanny attributes: - Open to nanny sharing with another family, for a higher rate ($35 - $45 per hour, negotiable) - Has their own 4-18-month-old baby, or is friends with other nannies/families with similar aged babies in the area - so that the babies can do playdates - Has car, driver's license, auto insurance, clean driving record - Willing to care for baby when he has a mild illness - Willing to cook and do light housework, for increased pay - Speaks Spanish or Mandarin Chinese ||||| Other: - Paid federal holidays (Memorial Day, Juneteenth), 5 days sick leave - Child's mother works from home 2 to 5 days per week
