About the job
Looking for a full-time (guaranteed 40 hr/week): M-F 9am-6pm, some time shifted to evenings and weekends. Must be nurturing, patient, reliable and flexible. Pay rate is competitive; must use payroll. Looking for someone flexible to help with childcare (cooking/feeding, playing, reading, etc.) and pitching in on household tasks (household dishes, tidying up, taking out trash, folding laundry, etc.). Ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is able to be active and has experience teaching little ones. No screens other than for necessary communication. They are a gentle parenting, nurturing household. Strong preference for someone with child development education or Montessori background. Family mostly works from home. Trustline/clear background check/references required non-smoker, vaccinated, CPR/first aid certified.
