Hi, we have a 3. 5 month baby girl we need some help a couple afternoons per week. My husband works from home in the back office and is happy to help our sitter get to know our daughter, however our goal is to hire someone comfortable with babies so he has time for focused work those afternoons. Looking for someone who can engage and play with her during her wake windows (read to her, tummy time, etc.), feed her a bottle, read her hunger and sleepy cues, change diapers, and rock her to sleep for naps.
