I'm looking for a great nanny for my 8-year-old daughter. I am a single father and have custody of them every other week. I have two older daughters who are 16 and 18. The 16-year-old may occasionally need rides. I need help in some mornings to get them to school and some evenings for pickup and transportation to sports. This may also include some light meal prep and help with homework in the evenings. My work schedule varies, and I am on call, so I need someone flexible.
