Looking For Kind And Confident Caregiver

Hi! We are looking for a kind, supportive, and confident caregiver to take care of our 5-year-old twins. If our girls were dogs, they would be border collies: lots of energy, smart, creative, spunky! They do best when given structure/loving boundaries, a task, or getting dirty outside. We are looking for someone who is confident and kind in setting boundaries and helps them practice listening to their bodies, taking breaks when needed, and filling up their love tank. Their favorite days are spent outside making fairy homes or bug habitats, reading books in the sun, or a picnic lunch at the park. The role would include picking up the girls from preschool, light lunch prep/serving lunch, quiet time, and an afternoon activity (park, craft, library, etc). In the summer, we spend most days at the HOA pool. Looking forward to connecting!
