Nanny/Mother's Helper Needed For 1 Child

Looking for a nanny to join our household who will also be comfortable stepping in as a mother's helper when needed. We have a newborn and a 7-year-old (who's mostly in school/activities) and my goal is to find someone who can spend time with either of them. Duties would include babysitting, occasional light housekeeping, organizing, laundry, dishes and basic tasks around the house to keep it running smoothly. Experience with a newborn is preferred, but will also consider someone who has experience working with toddlers. Pay would be $35/hour. Prefer someone who can commit 20-25 hours (open to more or less), 4 days a week (exact hours/times flexible). We can't speak Spanish, so prefer someone who is fluent in English and/or Hindi.
