We are looking for recurring help with our toddler, someone to play with him while we are home but busy with other things. We have an infant also but wouldn't need care for her. We'd ideally have a set schedule (e. g., 10-12 a.m. on Wednesdays) but also some flexibility to add hours on other days. Were generally very flexible just looking for extra support so we can get some things done.
