My daughter is 8 months old. She usually wakes up around 830 a.m. (she sleeps in her crib), gets a 6 oz bottle of formula, then about 30-45 mins later, I give her prunes mixed with yogurt and kiwi (weird combo I know). Her wake windows are about 3 hours so assuming she wakes up at 830, her first nap will need to be at 1130 a.m. VERY IMPORTANT - she is a contact napper which means she will need a nap in your arms) either on my side of the bed or on the couch. Watching tv or being on your phone while she naps is totally okay. When she wakes up from her first nap, she gets another 6 oz bottle, then about an hour later (usually around 2pm) shell get more solid food. By this point I should be home so no need to worry about the rest. Lastly but very important - we live with SIX big dogs and 4 cats so animal friendly is a must.
