In Home Care Needed For 3 Month Old

I'm looking for someone to watch my 3-month-old in my home while I work virtually. I would like someone who has experience watching infants and is CPR-certified or has been certified in the past. Also, someone who is okay with dogs, because I have one large and very friendly dog. My baby will almost be 3 months when I need care starting Feb. 3rd. She's a pretty good baby overall and can take a bottle. Sometimes she fights sleep but that's her only difficulty :) My work schedule will be approximately 3-5 or possibly 3:30-5:30, still waiting to finalize the time.
