Infant Caregiver For 9-Month-Old Daughter

We are seeking a loving caregiver for our 9-month-old daughter starting in June 2025 while I attend law school. Care will take place at my grandmother's home in Montebello, CA, my mom will assist minimally. You will be the primary caregiver. Responsibilities: Engage in developmental activities (tummy time, sensory play). Read frequently to encourage language dev. Maintain screen-free environment (please refrain from phone usage during wake windows) Follow wake windows, ensure consistent naps. Set boundaries & guide through natural consequences (no time-outs). Communicate progress & concerns. Qualifications: Experience with infants/toddlers and references. Willing to consent to background check. Understanding of infant development preferred. Non-smoker. Spanish speaker preferred. CPR/First Aid certification preferred. Willing to negotiate rate.
