About the job
We have an infant (8 weeks old) and 2 school aged girls (5 and 3). Grandma lives in the house and is currently acting as full time nanny + housekeeper. She needs help. CHILDCARE: Coordinate with Grandma regarding child care & housekeeping duties. Examples: (a) You would stay at home with infant while Grandma handles drop off/ pick up of the girls. (b) You will care for school aged girls while Grandma puts baby to sleep in a separate part of the house. (c) You will help organize toys, wash dishes, or help with changing bedsheets while Grandma takes girls to extracurricular activities. HOUSEKEEPING: We have a deep cleaner that comes every two weeks so deep cleaning is not necessary. We need help with everyday tasks like putting toys away, kids laundry, changing bedsheets, putting dishes in dishwasher, and some meal prepping.
