Nanny Needed For 1 Child

We're looking for someone to help take care of our sweet and curious 8-month-old daughter. I only work Thursdays and Fridays so we only need help twice a week from 9 to 3. We are looking for someone who loves to interact with her in engaging ways that encourages that curiosity. We also use baby daybook to keep track of her food, milk, naps, and diaper changes so that anyone who is helping her can jump in and know what she needs. We are looking for someone loving, playful, and organized. We also have a 4-year-old who goes to a Montessori nearby and might occasionally need our caregiver to pick her up just before ending the workday at 3.
