Full-time Nanny Needed for Busy Household Web Job #: 10519 Location: Menlo Park, California. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Family will guarantee 40 hours per week and appreciates a Candidate with flexibility to work occasional later evenings with advance notice. Children: 1, 4, 7, and 9-year-olds. Candidate will typically care for one to three children at a time, dividing responsibilities with Mom depending on daily schedule. Duties: Childcare, driving children, attending classes and activities with children, children's laundry, cooking for children, occasional household tasks as needed. Requirements: Ideal Candidate is a confident and organized Nanny and Family assistant who wants to partner with a vibrant, active large family. The Candidate will team with Mom, with a focus on caring for the toddler, helping to manage children's laundry and meal prep during nap time, and dividing up the after-school routines for the older three children. Ideal Candidate is proactive and energetic, has a flexible and go-with-the-flow attitude, genuinely loves children and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Candidate must be comfortable working in a large family setting where older children have frequently changing schedules and routines due to sports commitments. Candidate with a background in teaching or Early Childhood Education preferred. Candidate must drive. Family will provide a vehicle for use on the job. Willingness to occasionally travel with family or provide overnight care is appreciated, though not required. Salary: $35-$40 per hour Benefits: Guaranteed pay 52 weeks per year, paid vacation time, paid sick time, paid holidays. Pets: None.
