you must be CPR / First Aid certified, background checked, and have references. a pretty independent child, really only needs to be fed and kept an eye on. potty trained & no allergies. we are an electronic friendly household so child does have a phone + laptop. he loves playing games on his computer, watching tv, and playing outside/at the park. really loves having someone to imaginary play kitchen with or tag/hide+seek.
