Job number: 10383 Location: Menlo Park Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Family can guarantee 35-40 hours per week and has flexibility on specific hourly schedule for the right Candidate, position starts in January Children: 1, 4, and 6-year-olds Duties: Childcare, driving children, helping with homework, attending classes with children, purchasing children's items, running errands, grocery shopping, cooking for children, meal preparation, family laundry, light housekeeping Requirements: Ideal Candidate is loving, engaging, energetic, able to set boundaries when needed, and is pitch in, proactive, and a self-starter. A Candidate who can act as a third parent, team with Mom when needed, and help carry the "mental load" of caring for the children and running the household would be ideal for this easygoing family. Candidate must be comfortable with parents working from home, must drive, and must have access to a vehicle for use on the job. Candidate must have or be willing to obtain up-to-date MMR and Tdap vaccinations. Salary: $35-$45 per hour, plus benefits: guaranteed pay 52 weeks per year, paid vacation time, paid sick time, paid holidays, mileage reimbursement
