Need January 2025 Backup Care For 2 Children In Menlo Park.

A bit about us... Boy #1 is almost 5. He has childhood apraxia of speech (speech is less intelligible by non-caregivers/family)talks a ton and is very energetic and affectionate. He's very self-directed and self-motivated in his play and activities, and is intellectually gifted. We're unschooling/homeschooling him for TK. Boy #2 is 18 months old, very active, playful, and communicative. He thinks his brother is the most interesting thing. We're looking for someone fluent in English who is excited about following the kids lead on their interests and nurturing their learning and development. We are a COVID-conscious household, and need someone vaccinated (including for COVID) and non-smoking. We need care for the month of January while their current nanny is unavailable, 6:45AM-3:45 p.m. M-F.
