About the job
My wife and I both work demanding jobs with flexible schedules. We have 2 sweet kids, a 5-year-old boy and a 1-year-old girl. We are looking for flexible childcare during the week to allow my wife to work without distraction and if you're a good fit we will be looking for care late on Fridays until I get home from work. Should average 12-20 hours a week on average. We are looking for someone who is patient and calm to bring that energy into our kids life. I feel like we are always rushing them to make our schedules work and it has led to some of the issues our son has had in school. We also want someone who isn't just going to toss the kids in front of the TV and will strive to bring new experiences and teach new skills. We also have 2 American shorthair cats but no dogs.
