My husband is a fireman. His schedule is all over the place so we can be last min planners or usually we like to plan our sitter ahead. I am a stay-at-home mom so there might be days I need a sitter to watch the kids while I do things around the hours for a couple hours. We are a very loving and respectful family and having a sitter that is the same will make it easier on us.
