My name is Shane, I live in Meadow Vista with my husband and our special needs daughter. I am looking for a reliable person to help us care for and supervise her. No special needs experience necessary, I will provide all training. I pay $23. 10 an hour, our outgoing nanny averages $4500 a month. 1 week paid vacation a year after 6 months, and then 2 weeks paid vacation a year thereafter. 24 hours sick leave a year.
