Open Minded House Manager/Nanny

Hi, we are looking for a short term babysitter/nanny for this week that can turn into long term. Our weekend will be mostly in the Palisades, weekdays in Marina Del Rey area. We are looking for a professional open minded, inspired nanny/babysitter and house manager. Who has montessori or stem education background. Who is organized and can create structured routines but also knows how to flow. Someone who is naturally clean yet loves creating playing with children. We travel the world, are artists and entrepreneurs. Our life needs structure and we are free spirits. So you must be able to hold your own in creative chaos. Duties: Keep the house tidy in routine way Play and school with A Run errands/laundry Design fun adventures for A and Family Keep Only organic gluten free, dairy free, sugar free food in house. Meal Prep More Info: Mother is fine artist, musician and runs an animation studio. Father is CEO who runs a community of SASS, and scales businesses. Sister (of Mother) is a female music producer and co-creative partner at the animation studio. We play loudly, we like to have large pockets of quiet creation time, and do lots of possy together and then break off into our creative flow. We are seeking an Alfred from batman who loves training and caring for little geniuses.
