About the job
Our clients are two working parents with two school-aged children, ages 10 years and 7 years. Mom has an exceptionally demanding job as an exec and needs a right-hand person to help with kids and the home's day-to-day upkeep, including basic meal prep for the kiddos. This is an afternoon position, primarily between 1-7 p.m. and Mom is happy to guarantee up to 30 hours per week. The pay is $30-$35 per hour. We are looking for an organized but easy-going person who genuinely loves working with children. Because these kids are in school, there's a strong emphasis on homework help, executive functioning, role modeling, and playtime. This person must be a good driver and comfortable with a full background check.
