Afterschool Babysitter/Nanny For 6yr Old Twins

I am looking for someone who can watch my 6yr old twins 3-4 days a week when they get out of school around 1 p.m. until 5-6 p.m. while I'm at work. Would be able to pick them up from school, help them do homework, drive them to their activities, and sometimes help start dinner. In my dream world, I would love someone who would be available to come 1-2 mornings to help get the kids up and to school. I would be open to a schedule that looked like: 6:30am-8:30 a.m. and 1pm-5 p.m. with the kids. And a couple hours during the day to help with meal prep, laundry, cleaning up the kids toys, etc. One of my children has Autism, they have a big heart, do great with routines they just sometimes need extra help navigating challenges.
