Our client is a single Dad with one precious 3-year-old son. This dad works full-time and shares custody two or three days per week and every other weekend. Dad has no family in Los Angeles and is looking for a full-time nanny who can be highly flexible, working when he has custody and traveling with the family when needed. We're looking for a local nanny who, in exchange for a full-time income ($70-$75/yr), can be a constant in this little boy's life, like a loving aunty or a grandma. This person will receive her schedule a month in advance and must be flexible. Some weeks will be busy, and others will be quiet, requiring only a few days of coverage per week.
