LIVE-IN Nanny/Family Assistant - Manhattan Beach, CA Location: Manhattan Beach, CA Kids: 4 yr-old boy and 8 yr-old girl. Girl has ADHD so support with this is very important. Schedule: This is a LIVE-IN position and will be suitable for someone that can be flexible with the hours. 30+ hours depending on the nanny's needs. Primarily afternoons/evenings Monday-Friday starting at 11 a.m. (flexible on start time for just an hour of chores), break, then 2:30 p.m. pick up kids from school - 8/8:15 p.m. end time. Sat/Sun - only an hour of chores, and sometimes babysitting in the evening for a date night. More full support on weekends when husband is traveling for work, help with chores in the morning (15-30min) and afternoon/evening childcare. Occasional weekday morning help with the youngest when husband is gone, but this will be very infrequent. Living situation: You'll have the first floor to yourself with a private kitchen, own entrance, and bathroom attached to the bedroom. Walking distance to the beach! Pay: $23-$25/hr - negotiable based on exp Details: Mom is temporarily disabled and has limited mobility so assistance with household chores is needed such as laundry, errands, organizing, meal prep, etc. She also needs help with her laser treatments which are for 20 min/day. Must have a reliable vehicle. Looking for someone long-term! Ideal Candidate: Patient, loving, intelligent, tidy, energetic, and trustworthy.
