Long Term Baby Sitter For Twin 2 Year Olds

Our family spends a lot of time in Mammoth in the winter (every other weekend) at our condo. We are looking for a long-term babysitter to watch our 2-year-old twins during trips while we are in town primarily during the day (during the ski day). The babysitter we have worked with over the last year in Mammoth is moving out of the area, so we are looking for additional help. The schedule will vary but we should be able to plan/schedule days well in advance for our trips. The primary responsibilities would just be to care for the twins, no housework or cleaning necessary. Looking for someone we can build a relationship with long term as we are in town very frequently during winter months. So far, we usually try to keep it to about 4 hours or less at a time, but we are flexible on the schedule.
