Location: Malibu, CA Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2 p.m. - 8 p.m. (optional Sunday shift) Compensation: $35 per hour, take home. Will offer a stipend towards benefits. A warm and welcoming family is seeking a responsible, caring, and energetic nanny to care for three children in Malibu. Ages 4, 5, and 6, during the afternoons. The ideal candidate will have experience with young children, a genuine love for kids, and the ability to manage multiple children simultaneously. Responsibilities: Pick up children from school or daycare and safely transport them home (if necessary). Prepare and serve nutritious snacks and light meals. Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities, including outdoor play, arts and crafts, reading, and educational games. Assist with homework and school projects. Ensure the safety and well-being of the children at all times. Encourage good manners, positive behavior, and social skills. Perform light housekeeping tasks related to the children (e. g., tidying play areas, washing dishes after meals, and doing children's laundry). Communicate regularly with parents Qualifications: Previous experience as a nanny in a private home preferably with children of similar ages. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude. Ability to manage three young children simultaneously and handle potential conflicts or challenging behaviors calmly and effectively. Non-smoker. Additional Requirements: Must be legally authorized to work in the US and have a clear driving and background check. Provide at least three references from previous childcare roles.
