Community Navigator- Special Needs

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated and adventurous person to provide personalized care to a young lady with Down Syndrome. The ideal candidate will have experience in caregiving, enjoys hiking, swimming, music festivals and just getting outside with a deep understanding of the needs of individuals with intellectual disabilities, and a genuine commitment to enhancing the quality of life of the person in their care. Must be Reliable and Punctual, Strong Work Ethic, Great communication skills with mom and other providers. Must have own transportation, car insurance and Valid Drivers License. Must pass a background check.
