About the job
We're looking for a warm, reliable, and experienced babysitter to become a part of our family's support system. Our previous sitter, who felt like a loving Grandma to our kids, recently retired due to health reasons, and we're hoping to find someone who can fill that special role. Initially, we need occasional help for date nights (including weekends), but we're also looking for someone open to gradually taking on more part-time hours during weekdays as our family grows. In the future, we anticipate needing support for things like dr. appointments, an overnight hospital stay, and general childcare needs. We'd love to find someone who: -Has experience caring for young children (ours are 2 & 4) -Is nurturing, patient, and dependable -Feels like an extension of our family -Is comfortable with flexible needs
