Respite Care Babysitter Needed For Smart, Fun Child In Los Gatos

Hi there, I am searching for a warm yet boundaried respite care worker/babysitter for my wonderful 3. 5-year-old son. We mostly need help in the afternoons or on weekends. This position would be a W-2 position through third party agency as we qualify for respite hours through the regional center. No housework, medical needs or cooking required, just a willingness to play with my kiddo at home so I can get housework or work done. My son is extremely fun, sweet, caring and smart, and has some neurodevelopmental challenges that make emotion regulation and flexibility challenging some days. It's rare that a tantrum occurs with a babysitter but I do like to mention it! I'm always willing to train the right person in how to best support my son in tough moments as well. :) Thanks for considering!
