About the job
We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable & caring Backup Special Needs Nanny & Family Assistant who can help our busy family of 3 when our current nanny team is unavailable or on vacation. This role would require you to: Drive to nearby therapy sessions and activities (mileage reimbursement & parking provided); Complete Household Chores & Quick Errands when our child is busy; Lead/engage our 4-year-old in play-based activities. Pay Rate: $35-40/hr (DOE) via Payroll on 10th & 25th of each month. Start: ASAP - we'll set up a phone interview & 1-2 paid trial days Must have: college degree; prior paid experience working with autistic children; a reliable vehicle; CA driver's license; CA car insurance; & active CPR certification. We could provide 1-2 weeks' notice for the weekly times we'd like your help.
