Full-time Nanny, Adaptable and Nurturing Web Job #: 10590 Job Date: 6/2/2025 Location: Los Angeles, California. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Family needs flexibility to adjust the schedule occasionally for date nights and/or a weekend day. Children: 14 months old. Duties: The duties include childcare, child related light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep and cooking, driving child to activities, child related errands, traveling domestically and internationally with the family as needed for up three weeks at a time. Requirements: The ideal candidate is warm, calm, and attuned to the needs of young children. They should have a solid understanding of developmental milestones, familiarity with various childcare philosophies, and experience in positively redirecting typical toddler behaviors. Reliability and punctuality are essential, along with the ability to read the room and step back when parents or extended family are spending time with the child. Given that extended family visits frequently, the candidate must be personable, adaptable, and know when to be hands-on or hands-off. The family is looking for a proactive, professional self-starter who can think on their feet and communicate clearly. A valid driver's license is required. The family car will be provided for use during work hours. Fluency in Spanish is a must. Salary: $30. 00-$40. 00 Benefits: This position offers two weeks paid vacation, seven paid holidays, five paid sick days, plus guaranteed pay 52 weeks of the year, and mileage reimbursement.
