A dynamic and fun-loving family is looking for a proactive, high-energy Family Assistant/Nanny to join their team long-term! This role is based in Westwood, with both school and the parents' office conveniently located nearby in Santa Monica. The family includes both parents, two boys ages 11 and 8, and a 20-year-old daughter who is currently away at college. Once or twice a year the family will need to be on location and you will be required to come along. The ideal candidate is flexible, engaging, organized, and ready to jump into a fast-paced household with two athletic boys and three friendly dogs (2 Labradoodles + 1 Goldendoodle)! DUTIES: Arrive early to tidy up, make beds, handle laundry School pick-ups and afternoon care Engage the boys in fun, interactive (non-screen) activities Support with reading and light homework Assist with family tasks and household organization Light meal prep (though mom typically handles meals) Must be active, hands-on, and ready to play with the boys LOCATION: Westwood, CA (office in Santa Monica) SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 8 hours/day 12-8, with flexibility for later evenings and occasional weekends. When traveling, days could be much longer as the parents will be filming. RATE: $35-$40/hr DOE REQUIREMENTS: Must love dogs and be comfortable in a pet-friendly home Clean driving record, nanny car provided Must implement a no screen time (iPads) allowed Monday-Friday Must be able to stick to routines and structure while still bringing fun, warmth, and professionalism Passport ready must be able to travel for months at a time. The 11-year-old has nut and dairy allergies, so if you have experience caring for children with allergies, great!
