Wonderful family in Westwood is on the lookout for an exceptional Nanny/Family Assistant to join their team! With two energetic kiddos (ages 2 and 6) and two busy, career-driven parents, they need a rockstar who can juggle childcare and household support like a pro. If you're organized, efficient, proactive, and playful-this is the job for you! Your afternoons and evenings will be action-packed, from school pick-up and driving to activities to keeping the kids engaged at home, whipping up a healthy dinner, and seamlessly handling bedtime. The family thrives on structure but also values creativity, so they're searching for a dynamic caregiver who can keep up with their fast-paced routine while making every day fun and enriching. The ideal candidate is imaginative, hands-on, and knows how to balance toddler care with the needs of a school-aged child. If you're a Pinterest-savvy planner who walks in each day with a game plan-this is your moment! Whether it's crafting, outdoor play, or fun outings, you'll have the freedom to create engaging experiences while also thinking ahead-what do the kids need? What are they outgrowing? When they're home, you'll be the mastermind behind structured play, free play, reading time, and park adventures. Before school pickup, you'll tackle kid-related tasks like laundry, keeping their rooms and play areas organized, maintaining a household inventory, grocery shopping, prepping dinner, and packing lunches for the next day. LOCATION: Westwood, Los Angeles, CA SCHEDULE: This family is all about finding the perfect fit! They're open to Mon-Fri OR Tues-Sat. They can offer anywhere from 25 to 40 hours per week, but they must have coverage from 1/2 p.m. - 6/7 p.m. for school pickup, activities, and dinner. RATE: $30-40/hr gross DOE. The highest rate is reserved for candidates with strong cooking skills, flexibility with scheduling, and highly relevant experience.
