About the job
Were looking for a part-time (guaranteed 15 hours/week, possibly up to 20) nanny when our 2-year-old son starts school in a few weeks. It would be Monday-Friday, about 3-6 p.m. This position would include picking our son up from school, spending time with him after school, maybe some cooking and possibly bedtime on some days. Were looking for someone flexible, friendly, and experienced. Someone intuitive, a self-starter who is able to think ahead. We view this relationship as a partnership, and it's really important that you feel valued and respected in our home. No rigid schedule for our kid, but we do believe in the importance of routine and continuity, so it would be important for you to value that too. Were hoping this person can show him the importance of respecting others while also valuing his independence, and who can do balance.
