Looking for a part time babysitter / nanny for our fun loving 20-month-old daughter. Care would take place at our home in Culver City/Mar Vista - short walking distance to parks and we have a small outdoor space as well but our living area is basically setup as Montessori play area. Occasional lunch prep / cleanup and engaged play are our priorities - looking for someone who has experience with outgoing and adventurous kids. We've noticed some separation anxiety starting, so being upbeat and good at distraction is a must! Can be flexible with scheduling during the week but Friday afternoon is essential. Availability for occasional evenings (date night) is also a plus.
