Loving family in Mar Vista is seeking a reliable, patient, and supportive manny or nanny to help with their two sons, ages 13 and 10. This role is ideal for someone who can build a strong connection with both kids, offering guidance, structure, and support while keeping things fun and engaging. The 13-year-old is more introverted, on the autism spectrum (Asperger's), thoughtful, and needs support staying on track with tasks and schoolwork. The family is not super sporty, but they're open to a candidate who is active and can introduce some fun, structured activities Duties: School pick-up and driving to activities Helping with homework, keeping kids on track with tasks Engaging with the kids in a meaningful way - mentorship, guidance, and positive influence Light meal prep, tidying up & occasional errands Flexibility for evening or weekend shifts with advance notice Schedule: Monday-Friday 2:30-6:30 with flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends with advance notice Location: Mar Vista, CA Compensation: $30-35/hr Requirements: Safe, reliable car for transportation, clean driving record Up-to-date on vaccinations, preferred if you have the Covid vaccine but not required.
