Nanny Needed For 2 Year Old Daughter When Newborn Arrives

We are looking for a reliable and flexible nanny for our sweet and energetic 2-year-old daughter. We are expecting a newborn in mid March and will be needing help keeping her busy (structuring activities, meal/snack time, etc) a few days a week in the afternoons possibly into evening, while I am caring for baby. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets (we have a golden retriever) who is CPR certified and who has college degree. We would like to trial a few sessions first in late February to see if it would be a good fit for both the nanny and our family. We are hoping for this to be a recurring job as I will be returning to work in June and we will likely need help at least for the foreseeable year. We live in Hermon neighborhood.
