This incredible family of four, former Pacific Palisades residents, is embarking on a fresh chapter and seeking an exceptional nanny to join their team! These dual-working parents and their two kids (ages 4 years and 16 months) are ready for a new home and a new partner in childcare who can help them thrive. While they're not entirely certain of their new address, they'll remain on LA's Westside-and they're looking for YOU to help them navigate this exciting transition! With busy professional and personal lives, mom and dad need a superstar nanny who can take charge of everything kid-related with ease and enthusiasm. This 45-hour-per-week position is structured over four 10-hour days and one half-day. The schedule begins at 7:30 AM, where you'll help the kids wake up, get breakfast, and prep the eldest for school (dad handles drop-offs). You'll then spend mornings engaging with their toddler. The older child returns home just before lunch, and you'll manage lunch, nap time, and an afternoon filled with fun and learning. Your primary focus will be creating a nurturing and structured environment for the children. This includes driving them to school, activities, and outings such as field trips, storytime, and playdates, using a provided nanny car. Mornings and afternoons will involve outdoor play, engaging in fun and developmental activities, and planning age-appropriate projects. Mealtime responsibilities include preparing healthy, whole-food meals that align with the family's focus on low-sugar and well-balanced nutrition. You will also be responsible for cleaning up after the kids, teaching them to help with tidying up, and managing their laundry.
