Travel Nanny Location: Based in Los Angeles, CA (relocation candidates considered) Schedule: 4 days on, 3 days off. Busier weeks will need 5 days on, 2 days off. 12-hour shifts (7 AM - 7 PM or 8 AM - 8 PM) Compensation: $45-$50/hour with substantial overtime opportunities, full benefits, 401(k), and bonuses MUST be OK with frequent travel! A high-profile family based in Los Angeles with additional residences in the Hamptons is seeking an experienced and career-oriented Travel Nanny to join their dedicated team. This role focuses on the care of one of their three children and requires a passion for working with children, extensive travel experience, and a collaborative approach to working with other nannies. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and loves the travel lifestyle. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional care and supervision for one child, fostering a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. Travel frequently with the family (via private jet) to various domestic and international destinations. Collaborate effectively with a team of nannies to ensure seamless coordination of childcare duties. Manage a consistent daily routine, including educational activities, outings, and developmental support. Adapt to and work well with diverse personalities within the household and among staff. Communicate effectively with parents, household staff, and other team members to meet the child's needs. Qualifications: Extensive experience as a full time nanny, preferably in high profile or UHNW family settings. Previous experience working in a rotational schedule and as part of a collaborative nanny team. Strong knowledge of child development - a degree in child development, psychology, or a related field is a plus. Proven ability to handle frequent travel and adjust to varying schedules and environments. Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record. U.S. Passport or Green Card for international travel. Up-to-date vaccinations. Professionalism, adaptability, and discretion are essential.
