Part Time Nanny (weekday Mornings) For 3 Boys, Ages 6, 3, And 1 Month.

We value punctuality, communication, reliability, positive reinforcement of good behaviors, and using routines to get tasks done with minimal friction. The kids love anything and everything Transformers, their new baby brother, and trips to the park. We need help getting the kids ready for school in the morning. The baby may be sleeping (doesn't need anything) or awake needing a bottle/diaper change. I will drive the older kids to school around 8am, and the caregiver will stay home with the baby until I finish drop off. We are hoping to find a caregiver who finds a balance between being playful/engaging with the kids and upholding necessary boundaries. Parking is available in the driveway and on the street. We have a mini Australian shepherd and a tabby cat. Both are very friendly and have access to the backyard at all times.
