we need someone from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. during the work week. My wife commutes and I work from home and I will be here to help a little bit but most of the baby supervision will be with nanny. we have a third bedroom for naps and overnights if the nanny needs it. Our baby loves to be outside, see new people, plays with toys, and takes 2-3 extended naps a day.
