We're an open, welcoming family looking for a committed, reliable nanny to join us in creating a joyful, enriching experience for our little one. We're hoping for a long-term fit (6+ months)! Values: * Montessori-inspired learning and activities * Screen-free, creative play and exploration * Evidence-based child development practices * Gentle approaches to transitions (e. g., pacifier weaning) Responsibilities: * Maintaining consistent nap schedule * Engaging activities during wake windows: Learning new words, singing, playing, reading, music, drawing * Meal prep (meals provided) and introducing new, healthy recipes * Light housekeeping (tidying, laundry, organizing toys/clothes) * Tracking feeds, naps, and developmental milestones * Occasional travel support and availability for days out (with advance notice)
