Long-term Nanny Needed For Lively Toddler $18 Hour Maximum For Guaranteed 30+ Hours A Week

Hello, We are looking for long-term care for our very lively toddler to help with assisted care as mom will be in home at all times. Meals will be prepped and very light cleaning just as is regards to meal time, want our son to have more outdoor experiences and encourages whoever is hired to have this. Would love some who can also have structured lessons as we are currently teaching numbers and colors but not necessary. There will be a guaranteed $540 weekly for at minimum 30 hours a week.
