We are looking for a special nanny to take care of our baby during the day and help with our 2. 5 and 5-year-olds when they get home from school at 3:30 p.m. Requirements: - Native Spanish-speaker who is also fluent in English - Able to adopt our parenting style (no shaming, no punishments -- we use positive reinforcement and sturdy boundaries) - Collaborative -- mom works from home and is breastfeeding, and parents are deeply involved in children's lives and care - Flexible with hours -- we guarantee 40 hrs/week and may ask you to start early or come late based on our schedule - EXCELLENT, VERIFIABLE REFERENCES IDEAL CANDIDATE has experience or a degree in early childhood education.
